Notes: I remember the figure in A1 from a dance that George Marshall called a few years ago. I don't know what it's called. The first time I tried calling the dance I gave it a name like "torque the set", but found that the dancers were less confused when I just called "women cross, men turn right", etc. Written on Nov 4, 1997 for the NOMAD festival in Connecticut. I wanted to name it "NOMADer What", but Greg Anderson came up with the name "NOMAD's Land", That's the name that stuck!
