A2: Circle L 3/4, with PARTNER Roll Away with a half Sashay (on side of set), circle L 1/2, with NEIGHBOR Roll away with a half sashay (across set). (16)
B1: B&S Partner (on side) (16)
B2: Circle L 3/4, pass through (8), NEW N do sa do (8).
Notes: The rollaways in A2 start with women on left, men on right. The women roll in front of the men as the men step left. The whole figure with the circling and rolling away is a continuous smooth motion. The timing sort of adjusts itself as the dance progresses until the dancers can *hit* the balance in B1 right on time. This dance was written in April 2000 while on tour in North Carolina. The figure in A2 came from a dance that Sue Rosen had called at the Cambridge VFW on March 28. In that dance you ended up with a neighbor balance and swing. It was such a cool move, I wanted it to end with a PARTNER balance and swing so this dance was born. The dance was named for Carol Thompson; clogger, caller, dance organizer and our good friend down in Greensboro.
